1. I can't see any spoilers for my car, can you do spoilers for other cars?
No, we are only able to supply the spoilers seen on the website at the moment.
2. Do the prices include GST?
Yes all prices include GST.
3. Do prices include painting?
No, All spoilers are priced and supplied unpainted. They are all very smooth with no pinholes and ready to paint.
4. Can the spoilers be painted before being sent?
No, due to packaging and transporting the paint may be marked. Also we recommend trial fitting and colour matching the paint with the car on site.
5. If I order a spoiler how long is it to have it delivered?
We make all our spoilers to order. It takes 5 days to manufacture the spoilers and approximately 1 week to deliver them Australia wide.
6. How much will it cost for delivery to where I live?
Delivery to capital cities cost $120. To most country towns onforwarding by a state courier costs approximately $60 on top of the $120 to your capital city. Please note the exeptions are Northern Teritory, North Queensland and Tasmania. There is a $60 premium for these areas. Remember to add the cost of freight when paying for the spoilers.
7. How do I pay for the spoilers once I order them?
We recommend giving us a phone call to confirm your order so we can get started making them. During the five days it takes to make them you can pay by:
A. Post a cheque or money order to us, allow 4 days.
B. Send an instant "electronic money order" from your Post office to our local Post office.
C. Transfer money into our Bank Account, allow 2 days.
8. I only want one spoiler, not a whole kit, how much will that cost to be delivered?
Unfortunately it will cost the same as a whole kit because the freight charge is based on the dimensions of the package not the weight. The spoiler is enclosed in another spoiler when transporting a kit.
9. Im not totally convinced about sending money before spoiler delivery. How can I be sure I get what I pay for?
We understand your concerns and assure you that since 1995 we have strived to deliver top quality spoilers and service to all our customers. We can give you contact numbers of past contacts to re-assure you we deliver on our promises. We prefer payment by money order at an Australia Post office or "electronic money order" because that gives you piece of mind that you have paid "Spoiler Factory" and you have a receipt to prove it. We also prefer a phone call as a final confirmation of an order so we understand exactly what you want to order before you send payment.
10. Is there a warranty?
We provide a 12 month guarantee on all our products and we will do ourmost to ensure you are satisfied with our products and service.
11. Can I fit the spoilers myself?
Many people fit spoilers themselves or they get panelbeaters to do the painting and fitting for them
12. Do the spoilers come with instructions?
No, the spoilers don't come with instructions but most are very straight forward to fit or ring us on (08)9399 4774 and we can help with any queries.
